There are a limited number of seats available, so register today, either by phone, mail, fax, or online. Walk-in registrations are welcome on a space-available basis. Substitutions & Cancellations Substitutions are allowed at any time. Cancellations are allowed until five days before the program, but are subject to a $50 service charge. Registrants who do not cancel five days prior or attend are liable for the entire fee. However, you may apply your payment to a future program or materials. $299 per attendee. If two or more attend, the fee is only $279 each. |
